The steam requirement of the businesses using hot oil in their networks as heating fluid is provided economically with a unfired steam generator (hot oil/vapor exchangers).

Vapor can be generated at various capacities up to an operating pressure of 8 bars, safely and at low costs.

Unfired steam generators perform vapor production safely, without any necessity of chimney or fuel tank. The vapor within the system may be transferred to the tools using vapor at the most suitable and closest location.

Their interruption heat losses are so little as their dimensions and water volumes are small. They produce economical vapor in a short time. They are of the horizontal type and take up less space in comparison with equivalent vapor cauldrons.

The device (generator body) is manufactured complete with its three direction engine hot oil valve, condense tank, feeding water pump, level indicator, electricity control panel, water softening equipment and necessary armatures and safety ventilations, on a chassis.

It provides dry vapor as it has a large vaporization area and thanks to the drop protection at the vapor discharge.
They can be easily cleaned, controlled and maintained without removing the serpentine, thanks to the manhole behind.

The vaporization serpentines are made of import steel vacuum cauldron pipes. The distances between the serpentine pipes are not little, so, heat transfer is increased and lime collection between the pipes has been prevented.

The generator bodies are tested at 1,5 times of the operation pressure and their serpentines are tested at 12 bars hydraulic pressure, after manufacturing.
