Heat transfer oil used long time in this system.
Don’t need condition unit for heat transfer oil. Calcification and stone etc. don’t form in boiler.
Heat transfer oil does not cause corroion.
System doesn’t freeze usual conditions.
Thermal oil boiler is a heater fluid which used for producing steam, hot water, boiling water.

Materials

* Body metal sheet has enough thickness with DIN EN 17100

* Boiler pipes are seamless steel with
DIN 17175 and DIN 2448

1-Thermal oil exit temperature check by PID control machine.

2-Thermal oil cycle temperature check by digital thermostats.

3-Thermal oil exit thermostat mechanically control burner.

4-Digital flue gas safety thermostat.

7-The mechanical safety ventilation at the hot oil discharge end discharges the exceeding pressure to the dilation tank in the case of a sudden increase of pressure within the system or cauldron.

8-The mechanical float in the dilation tank actuates the filling pump in the case of deficiency of oil.
