ECONOMISER
 
The waste flue gases which come out of the boiler generally are 30°c - 50°c degrees higher than boiler operation temperature. Boiler operation temperature and depending on this as the boiler flue gas outflow is getting higher, the energy volume has been increasing that is wasting into the environment through the flue gases.

Itimat economisers are increasing the boiler and system productivity by using the waste heat energy which is wasting from the flue and derives from that supply fuel economy by decreasing the fuel volume.

Economisers transfers this waste heat to the water that circulates in their structure.This regaining heat can be given to boiler feeding water, and also it can easily be used in heating at institution such as for bathing, washing etc. and smilar purposes.

Itimat economisers supply the productivity increasing ; in fume gas output heat and also in boiler and facility approximately between 4% -10 % depending on the fuel type.

Depending on the productivity increasing that supplied by itimat ecomisers, it also realizes less fuel expending and more heat producing at the same fuel volume.

Itimat economisers are specially designed and manufactured by paying attention to enterprise pressure, fuel type, temperature, the pollution rate of gas, operation conditions, the shape of layout, and such factors, and by using seamy and seamless steel , stainless steel , straight, U type, spiral, whorl and finned pipe ranges. In accordance with the customer demands, economisers are being insulated aluminium, stainless or galvanized sheet iron together with rock wool.
